You bet! If you cancel within 30 days of the start of your service, you will receive a full refund on your care plan or hosting. After that, when you cancel, we won’t charge you anymore, and you will have plan coverage for the remainder of your chosen billing period. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds.

You don’t have to use our hosting to sign up for a WordPress Care Plan, it just makes your life easier. 🙂
Great question! Yes, we offer fully managed WordPress website hosting. If you already have hosting, you can continue to keep it, or we can move your website to our managed hosting for free. Please see the hosting page for more details, or reach out to see how we can help.
We believe your website is special, so we take care of each website individually. When you sign up, we will reach out to you and decide on the best way to start caring for your website.
When you first sign up, your card will be authorized, but not charged. Next, we will finish setting up your website. Once everything is working, then we will then charge your card. This way, you aren’t paying until your plan is fully active. Please allow 2-3 business days to get your account set up.
When you sign up for monthly payments, you will be charged on the same date every month, approximately every 30 days. For example, if you sign up on the 12th of March, your next payment will be on the 12th of April.
For yearly plans, your payment will be on your yearly anniversary.
No sorry, just WordPress. If you are thinking about switching to WordPress, we are happy to offer you a free quote to transfer your existing website to a WordPress environment. Just get in touch.
2-3 business days. Your billing day will be the same day we’ve finished setting up your care plan, so you won’t be billed until you are cared for. Please note, your funds may be marked “pending” in your bank statement until the first day of coverage.
Prompt email and chat support is included for all plans, Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm. Emergency support outside these hours is available, depending on our team’s availability. Fees may apply for emergency support.
